We are finally leaving Southern California and our little town where we have lived for the past 2 1/2 years. I know that doesn't sound like all that long, but we have lived here since we were first married and our baby boy was born here, so a lot happened, and we have so many memories tied up here. However, we have wanted to move back to the northwest ever since before we even left right after we got married, so when a good work opportunity opened up for Darren a couple of weeks ago, we jumped right on it. So Portland, here we come!



Our wonderful landlords are also leaving town, so as a commemorative piece to help them remember their good old home town, I made them this pillow:
